  : Breakfast was good (though I think one of our party didn't get the bacon he wanted), the room was fine (though the carpet needed de-staining and there was no heat on what was an unseasonably cool arrival day). The dinner menu was more typical of a food-led pub than an hotel, but the portions were generous and the food nicely cooked.

  : We were frequent guests as location is excellent.Staff are always friendly and helpful .
  : As we are frequent visitors to Bury we liked staying at this hotel .But on the last two occasions the cleanliness of the property has significantly reduced. Our room was clean but not orderly.Twin room but beds pushed together sheets did not fit the bed .No mattress protecter or pillows protected The bed looked like it had been used as crumpled but clean linen.In the dining room; window sills were very dusty and dirty and my meal was not edible.In the morning the floor of the dining room was full of crumbs it had not been cleaned before guests arrived in the morn for breakfast .The hotel needs a refurbishment and it's a shame it's being let down by lack of attention to cleanliness and tidyness.That to me is more important than tired furnishing.So come on Red Hall sort the cleaning out more attention to detail please.

  : Location was good and it was nice and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful too.
  : The room I got looked very different to what was advertised, it looked more modern in the pictures when I booked and what I got was a very old style and quite outdated. As I was only staying one night, I didn’t bother saying anything but I wouldn’t want to stay for longer.

  : I have stayed here a number of times and it’s been lovely however the last time was horrendous as there was a birthday party which I expect would be loud, but people running up and down the corridors all night I didn’t expect, we got no sleep Told the reception staff and they wasn’t bothered and iv emailed and heard nothing back the customer service of this hotel is awful which I’m surprised at Wnt be staying again
