: Great apartment, clean, ideal location with a wrap around balcony to die for! We went in between Christmas and New Year and the flat was cosy and warm :)

: Facilities and front beach location, even tough is quite far from the main restaurants and pubs street in san juan (30 min walk). Moreover, there is no swimming pool.
: Great place but too early and strict check out at 10:00. Moreover, the apartment was not ready by check-in at 13:00. There was no soap or gel in the toilets, not even hand soap. And they forced us to pay the full amount in advance and outside booking platform. Could be much better service for the price.

: The letting agent's representative was very friendly and professional and also agreed to and provided an early check in. The location and views from the apartment are amazing. The quirky interior design, style and decoration was certainly to our liking and very nice. However the apartment was tired, the furniture, fittings, kitchen appliances and general household items and crockery need replacing. The drains need attention. The fridge, toaster and kettle weren't working and the freezer needed to be defrosted. The common areas in the building are secure and kept exceptionally clean by the concierge and all the neighbours were very friendly when we met them in the lift etc.
: I didn't like that after booking and providing credit card details to booking.com I was then informed that the letting agent for the apartment required direct payment as they didn't use booking.com. The price was also different from what was advertised on Booking.com.

: The air conditioning flooded the bathroom on our first night and parts of the ceiling fell off onto the floor due to the water damage. We had been told not to set the air conditioning below 24C because it would drip, so we did as advised, yet the flooding still occurred. 24C in the middle of summer was not comfortable to sleep in. The air conditioning was not fit for purpose.
