  : Location was good.
  : The room we booked is NOT the room we got. The room was dirt and not cleaned before we got there. I had to get clean sheets and a vacuum to clean our room and make up our bed before it could be used. They were over booked and giving the wrong rooms to people that justed walked in. When I went to them they told me that there was no staff in and no other rooms open. They told others that were to have rooms reserved that they had to go to other hotels because they gave there roo.s to others. Nothing in the room worked from the fan in the bathroom to the air conditioning. I asked what they could do for me and I was told nothing because I used booking.com.

  : Good location, bed was comfortable
  : Facility is badly maintained and dingy. My son found a walnut in the bed the first night, do they even change the sheets between guests?! Everyone staying there was unhappy. There was always someone at the front desk complaining when we went through the lobby. Toaster was broken. Elevator was broken. They stuck us for an extra $100 because they said they weren't pet friendly after being listed as pet friendly on booking.com. I drove 5 hours with my dog! Pool is so over-chlorinated the whole first floor smells from it and it burned my partner's eyes. All the ice machines were broken. All of them! It's a dump. Don't waste your money!
