12 Eagle Parade

Very Good
Traveller Type: Business Traveler
: The cleanliness and the quality of the fittings. The spacious layout.
: The windows are hard to open. The mattresses were too soft for two members of our group (it would be good to have at least some of the beds with firmer mattresses for those who need firmer beds) It would have been useful to have had two full sets of keys (there was only one front door key)

Wonderful

: Very clean, big flat. Beds very comfortable. Kindly left a cake and some goodies. Very cental location. Flexibillity on entry and exit times.
: Not much really. Some of the ceilings were quite low (not much you can do about that), the TV took ages to work; and the configuration in the lounge was a bit odd (but I'm being picky...)

Wonderful

: smart, spot less and roomy. great locationalso had an additional cloakroom over and above the bathroom mentioned in the property facilities
: minor point, one of bedroom doors doesnt close properly

Very Good
Traveller Type:
: Liked the spacious place, simple clean decoration and central location.
: Didnt like the incorrect mobile number (and so no reply to questions), incorrect WiFi details (use the ones on the back of the router, not the ones displayed), missing light bulbs, no promised email with the key instructions. All good and functional, just lacked any personal connection to reassure us before arriving.

Traveller Type:
: very beautiful house, loved the structure as well as the spaciousness of it. well equipped with a washing machine with dryer functions and a dishwasher.
: everything was amazing but unfortunately it was a little dusty- my friends and i had stuffed noses. it was visibly clean though.

Good
Traveller Type:
: Location is brilliant, large rooms and lots of space. Bedrooms spotless.
: Quite noisy because of location. Lots of stairs, only one shower for four people, kitchen could be cleaner (cooker hood and tops of upstands on work surface very greasy).

: The apartment was not clean. Under the diningroom table were crumbs and dirt and both kitchen and bathroom floors were dirty with sticky patches. The white dressing table had messy coffee rings on it! Bowls were just really dirty and so were drinking glasses. Nice apartment but cleaning was sub-par . Not great value for the price.
