  : Lovely small hotel a few mins walk from the medieval centre of town. Room and bathroom was adequate for my stay and the price paid. Shops and restaurants nearby.
  : I arrived before check-in but the door was locked and I couldn't leave my luggage anywhere. When I came back at check-in time, it was the same. I just knocked on the door and the owner answered as she had been cleaning the rooms so bear this in mind when you arrive. This is fair enough with them being a small hotel.

  : The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the historic center. The room was quiet, without any discomfort. The reception is open all night, making it easy to come and go. The internet password is on the TV remote control, so you don't have to ask for it.
  : The internet wasn't the best. The bed layout could be better, it's not very good to have your back to the window. The employees speak Spanish, which in my case is a difficulty, because I understand them but I'm unable to talk. There is nothing more to point out that is less positive.

  : The confort without excess and attention of the staff and cleaning work are a great plus.
  : The only negative thing is the night street noice. The street is small, but trash containers located just in front of building and supermarket is on the oposite side as well. Both are cleaned / supplied exactly during the night, causing quite an inconvenience...

  : I was expecting something a lot less comfortable! All the hotels in Cceres are a half hour walk from the train station. This one was easy to find in an excellent location on a quiet street very near the old part of town. There was a big supermarket across the road. The single room was large and clean with a big mirror, the bathroom was pristine and the shower divine. There was both heating and air con provided. It was December but I didn't need the heating as there was no draught. The bed was very comfortable. The staff, who had worked there for decades apparently, were very respectful and friendly. They left me a bottle of water each day and even a chocolate. I felt taken care of and was really very happy with my stay.
  : The walls were a bit thin, which might have bothered my neighbour as I had an early start. They had addressed this with wall panelling. There was no kitchen or coffee machine or fridge or anything that sometimes appears in rooms, but with cafs just a hop away it didn't matter.

  : Great location, just 5 minutes from the centre of Caceres but off the main tourist streets, so its peaceful enough. Lots of parking spaces on the streets nearby. Good central heating in rooms, and nice amenities provided in bathroom (a kit with sponges and make up removing pads).
  : Expensive for what it is. The hotel is huge with so many rooms. It's very old fashioned and quite run down. It's true what the reviews say about the smell from the bathrooms - they stink of drains! You get a big key to use to get in and out your room, instead of a modern key card. Also, they are super strict when it comes to entering/exiting the hotel. Each time you enter, the receptionist asks for your room number to check you are a real guest, feels very controlled but they are obviously concerned about security. They give you remote controls to take to your room to control the TV and heating.
