  : I had to wait 90 minutes to get keys when very tired from travelling and wanting to enjoy the city. I was told it was because of a late checkout, this was not my fault.

  : The terrace offers a great 360 degree view, a must see experience. The building and apartment are extremely quiet and peaceful, very relaxing.

  : The location was great. The rooftop terrace was lovely and one reason we booked this apartment. The size of the apartment was great for two people. There was one clothes washing liquid tablet which was much appreciated so we could wash our clothes.
  : As our train was delayed the agent bombarded me on WhatsApp asking for updates on when we would arrive. We had to go to the reception office to get the keys and then walk another 10 minutes to the apartment when the agent could have just met us at the apartment with the key. The key had an electronic fob to open the inside gate, but the agent did not inform us of this, and we had some difficulty trying to get in and out until a kind man on the ground floor showed us. The apartment is full of notices and signs about various rules and threatening to take your deposit, or sell you services. But there was not a welcome note. Despite all the aggressive notes about rules telling us that if we break something we will have to pay for it, there were several broken or rusty items in the apartment. The main light fitting in the bedroom was hanging by wires, all the fittings in the bathroom were rusty and old. The shower head was green with built up limescale. The bed was very creaky and we were afraid it was going to collapse. There was no information on how to work the oven, so we spent much time Googling how to turn on the hob which was very frustrating. The Wifi stopped working halfway through our stay, so had 3 days without internet. We tried to call the numbers on the rules notice, but both numbers were not in service. We contacted the agent via WhatsApp who said they would look into it, but we didnt hear anything back and it was not fixed. On the day of check out, the agent demanded via WhatsApp that we notify them at the time when we left, but as I didnt have any wifi, I didnt see the messages until later that day. One of the rules was having to empty all the bins and take them downstairs to the communal area. This is not a service I expect to have to do in any accommodation and was frankly appalled that they asked!
