: The flat is very nice, in an old building, decorated with taste and with all commodities. It also looked brand new.
: There were works in the building, which started at 8:30 and went on all day. You could here neighbours and noises from the street.

: Sorry I cannot recommend the apartment. The apartment itself is fantastic but holidaying in a building site is not for us. The communal light didn't work correctly. It would stick in the on position which meant apartment was flooded in light. The entrance foyer is full of building materials and is very dirty. There are so many bags of stuff it is horrible. The dust and dirt carries all the way up the stairs which are grubby and chipped. The wall plaster has fallen off onto the stairs in a pile.I can see this apartment will be an asset but not when there is so much dirt and grime everywhere and building work is still going on.The other review on 19 September 19 I totally agree with

: We should have been informed that the apartment block is still in the process of being renovated. Our weekend arrival wasnt impacted by the noise but Monday morning we woke to the sound of jackhammers and banging that went on all day. Our unit , though beautifully renovated still had a layer of cement dust on the floor and one of the kitchen power points zapped me when I tried to use the toaster. The power point next to the single bed doesnt work. Some curtains in the hall way window or the single bedroom would be nice so that its not glaringly bright if someone turns another light on. We felt it was still to early to rent out or discount the price and advise clients of the building noise and dust.

: A good size apartment which was close to the sites. Equipped with everything we needed.
: Was not very easy to pull up and unload as it was a tiny street and cars couldn't get past us, although Cadiz has many streets like this, so this would be a common problem with apartments in Cadiz. Closest parking was about a 10 min walk.The main bedroom was only accessible via the second bedroom. Also there was no way to block the light in the second bedroom which was not ideal when you have two young children who wake as soon as the room is light.

: Reception very close by and easy to find. Receptionist spoke good English and were helpful. App and code to access property easy to use. Very clean.
: Noise of dustbin men on the street at around 4am was very disruptive.

: The app to enter the apartment, and the electric key inside did not open the inner door downstairs. There was another family trying to open the door after me at one occasion, and none of us could do it. Luckily a neighbor was able to let us in. Our two doors were open on two occasions to the hallway due to the non-functioning keys. Not a good thing at all. These neighbors were not either told by the office that there were two buildings next to each other with the same number! Us and them had tried getting into the wrong building... There was heavy banging upstairs, construction work starting at 8.30 in the mornings.
