  : we originally reserved this property but were moved to Medina Quruba with the pretence it was an upgrade but judging from the photo of our original reservation it looked like the contrary. there was only one side table and lamp. and the bed was against the wall

  : The room was clean, spacious, and came equipped with cooking utensils.
  : Terrible management team falsely accusing innocent customers.Soon after we arrived, when we turned on the TV we noticed the screen was broken. We immediately sent a message to the employee we had been in communication with via whatsapp - sending a text and photo of the damage found. They never responded so we assumed they were already aware of the damage.A week later we received a notice from booking that they (hotel management) were accusing us of breaking their TV. We were obviously shocked. We called management as we figured it was a big misunderstanding but they refused to accept the truth and even denied ever receiving messages from us about our findings. Whatsapp tracks when messages are sent/read and even after we sent them screenshots of the messages we sent and the proof that they had read our initial message they continued to accuse us and failed to acknowledge the messages we sent them. For management to blatantly lie even when we had evidence to show otherwise just goes to show the lengths these people are willing to go to try to make a quick buck. Luckily booking.com saw we were not at fault and we were not held liable.We highly discourage staying here for this reason. If you do decide to stay I'd recommend doing a walk through with staff and if you happen to notice any damage message photograph it and message them and booking.com

  : The location is very good.
  : Room had no windows and was very tired. To be fair this was stated in the write up so I am in no way claiming we were duped. It is also very difficult to get to by car but this is probably true of just about anywhere in the city centre. The bottom line is that it was far from a pleasant stay.

  : The place is located very well, within walking distance from all attractions. The house has a patio that was covered. There are tables where you can have your meals. The room is designed like a studio - with a bed, extensible couch and a small kitchen. It was very clean and comfortable.
  : The room only has a window to the patio. The same patio that is covered and now a dining area, so it cant be opened. The ventilation was not very good and it can be a little claustrophobic.
