  : Nothing! It was a nightmare.
  : Place overlooked graffiti building with swears, and construction fence with lot for sale sign...It reeked of scents, making me not able to breath--a medical issue for me! The stairs were treacherous. And, we were down a long hallway into a confined space that evoked claustrophobia (no access outside). Bed was HORRIBLE! My husband slept on the couch which wasn't much better. Terrible experience!!!

  : Raoul was the friendliest and most welcoming of hosts. He kindly waited for us with a smile even though we were late. He immediately brought us a toaster and small cooktop for me to boil water for tea which I really appreciated. The pool area is beautiful - a mini oasis. Appreciated the seating area outside. The towels were of great quality.
  : Like so many places we've stayed in, I wish Raoul would actually live in one of the apartments for a few days to see what could be improved upon. The following were necessary in my view: a rack or hook for hand towels in the bathroom; a second nightstand for the other side of the bed; and a chair to put clothes on or even sit on in the bedroom. It would also be handy having a small table beside or in front of the couch to put a mug or glass on.People visit this area for the great beaches. How nice, therefore, to have beach chairs and beach towels! I can't imagine living in a place where the baseboards ALL look unfinished because they're all paint splattered! If the owner lived in the unit for a few days, these things would be so apparent!
