  : Dirty towels on arrival, cramped room and bunk beds are not suitable for bigger children or teenagers. No drinks facilities in room. Breakfast was of poor quality and very small selection for the price!

  : We stayed two days in this hotel chose this because of the location . It is close to public transport and there are two supermarkets close by. The room was ok for short stays, it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was ok too. Price was fair.
  : It would be good if there was a small fridge in the room.

  : Good and secure parking.
  : The room was very small and cramped.The shower had No soap as the dispenser was empty.The shower tray was very slippery and was potentionally dangerous. A member of staff had to be reminded that several items of breakfast needed replenishing. And last but not least we had to wait over half an hour to enter the hotel as after payment the machine outside didn't give the access code and initially we were advised that we would have to wait about three hours for a relevant staff member to arrive and sort things out. Some short time later we received an email giving us our access details.BB used to be good value for money but for the future they have lost our custom.

  : Small room but the toilet/shower room was a decent size. Very surprised and disappointed that there was no tea/coffee making equipment in the room and nowhere to get hot water for making a tea or coffee except via dispensing machine. No English tv channels except BBC News.
