  : shower was good
  : The noise made it totally hopeless as a hotel room. Thumping music from the pub downstairs until 2am. The website doeas say that there is a busy bar and restaurant but that is not the same as pumping music until 2am! This place should come with a warning right at the top when you try to book that it is only good for someone on a very late night out.

  : Was in a good spot by the castle , shops and cafes we had a lovely warm welcome Room was a good size ,bed was comfortable The room was cleaned ,bed made,and fresh towels daily .
  : The square can get noisy in a morning about 8am onwards with shops delivery ..

  : The room was very clean and comfortable.
  : We were on the second floor with no lift and as we are in our eighties this was not good, it should have been stated to avoid the disappointment , had we known this we would have tried elsewhere. There is no facility for breakfast.

  : Loved the location (close to castle and WHR) and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but the muggy weather during our stay made it little difficult to sleep. Would definitely recommend to others.
  : As mentioned, the muggy weather made things a little uncomfortable. Just realised I should have checked the closet - noticed there was a heater in there, maybe there was a fan, too.

  : Would say location as that its in the centre, however it was the noisiest place I have ever stayed. Loud music coming through the walls until 1am, unsure wether it was from the downstairs pub or another venue close by.
  : Hardly had any sleep, I stayed here for work as I was getting a bridal party ready early at 6am. I went to get some sleep early however I didnt get any sleep until 1am due to the really loud music coming through the walls. Either from the pub underneath or another venue but we couldnt see any other venue next to it that could be making that much noise. Ideally I thought the pub wouldnt have played music due to it accepting guests to be staying above but it seems on a Friday night to have very loud music booming. Loud enough that my headphones couldnt even drown it out. Wouldnt recommend unless youre coming here to stay out until after 1am and not waking up as early as I was.
