: Nice location, good size of the rooms and very good place for 3 friends. Ivan is very friendly and helpful. Good price. A car renting is highly recommended to travel from the house.

: The host was very friendly and of good intension. The size of the room was fine, spacious. The B&B is located nearby the city center, on walking distance.
: Cleanliness of the room and in particular the small shower was poor. The breakfast was limited to 1 piece of sweet bread, a yoghourt and an apple, water, a small brick of fruit juice and 1 cup of tea. It was as well challenging to find parking for the car (neighbours did not really appreciate us, tourists, to take in their parking place). Regularly staying in B&Bs the price (96 euro/night) for this room is rather high for what is offered.

: This is a good location in sence of money/quality. The host is very friendly. Not so far from the city center and the street of the location is quite calm.
: Sure i could say that the window view was not so amazing but it's ok for this money and when you travel to Cagliari you will definitely not stay long at your room.
