  : Very well located, only one street away from the train station and within walking distance of the centre. The check in was very simple and the breakfast was incredible

  : Nice little room with communal kitchen and very close to the train station, so catching the train to and from the airport is a breeze. There are several excellent restaurants with in walking distance.
  : This is not a Hotel with a reception, it's more of an air bnb style check in. Make sure you agree to a specific check in time with the host, and keep in regular contact. He did not contact us regarding a meet time and so I assumed there was reception and that was my mistake. We've traveled a lot using VRBO, Air BNB, ect and this was our worst check in experience. Usually a host will contact you to request a meet time, this host made no contact prior to check in. The host was not good at answering his phone, his check in instructions were terrible, we couldn't get in the building, and so we eventually left because we were late to check in our rental car, then he finally answered our phone call after we'd already walked back to the Port and asked us to walk back to the BnB and he would meet us there. We walked back again with all our luggage, and then we get a text message saying he can't meet us he's checking in other people. We looked like fools walking back and forth with all our bags. This whole check in experience took so long that it left no time to explore Cagliari and made us late for our appointment. I think this host has to many BnBs to look after, and isn't able to meet the needs of all his guests. He seemed like a nice man once we met him. He showed up promptly when payment was due. The accommodation doesn't allow you to pay online through booking.com. Maybe they would have more time to check in, or assist guess if they allowed for online payment.

  : Check in was awful, my flight was 2 hours late in the evening and reception ensured me a calm check in he forgot to give me the code to get into the building which didnt work, I was outside for 10mins texting him to let me in, which was a slight panic especially at 21:00. Room was very small. Bumped my shin 3 times when I exited the bathroom to the bed. Room was never cleaned the three days I was there. I didnt get much sleep because my room was next to the exit and the door kept on banging open at stupid hours of the night when people came back. There was a random kitchen which people cooked in late at night so the smell just lingered. And as for the breakfast, it was located in some cafe bar which I didnt bother to find.

  : Great location, good value for money, very clean
  : When you arrived at the outside door you had to phone the number on the notice to get codes to get through that door and get into the property on the 3rd floor. We would advise paying in advance or you would have to wait for the owner to catch up with you at some time. Also breakfast is not at the property but at the very nice cafe next door for which you get paper tokens. Although the coffee and cake were lovely there was not the normal range of options. we fully enjoyed our stay.
