  : The pool is great, quite large and its kept very clean. There are loads of sunbeds available so there is no issue getting poolside. The food in the bar is decent but it does close about 2pm only to open later in the evening. The apartments are also very near a beach (300m walk to cala n blanes) and there are some decent restaurants within walking distance.
  : There is no air conditioning, while this would have been fine if there were ceiling fans in all the rooms, only the bedroom had a ceiling fan which meant the living/kitchenette area was like an oven. We had to leave the front door and patio open to allow a cross breeze, but this lowers ones privacy. The table fans provided were inadequate, they would blow air about 1 foot. Its surprising as the reception has A/C. The dcor is very basic and tired, the rooms could really do with an upgrade. It was like being in an apartment from the early 2000s. The finish on the walls was also very tired, the plaster was coming away from the walls. Ground floor had an ant problem, but this was remedied by asking reception for a can of ant spray.

  : The pool and general outside area is beautiful. The bar has many options for food and drinks.
  : The rooms are extremely outdated. There where roaches in our room when we checked in. Theres no AC and theres only one very loud ceiling fan in the bedroom. If you want to have wifi in your room you have to pay extra

  : Its located in a quiet area but very close to Ciutadella where you can find the restaurants and the nightlife.Our apartment was big, with two master bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
  : The place is very old and without the AC its complicated to survive during these last hot summers.
