  : A purpose built building with apartments on the outskirts of town and in a main boulevard. It has a pool in the yard for all guests to use. It was clean and well kept.
  : Heating during winter is with an air con which covers only the dining room. We had to pay the tourist tax, but since we only communicated with the host via WhatsApp, in the end we left the money in the lock box together with the keys on check-out.

  : Sandra was friendly and welcoming. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and quite spacious. Wifi was very fast in my bedroom, slower in the rest of the apartment. With a/c and a good TV and kitchen, this was a comfortable place to stay.
  : The area is residential but you can walk to the beach and an old tourist area called Los Defines but this is quite run-down and bankrupt and we did not want to spend long there. Nuvolet is indeed next to a roundabout but the road is not busy. We did experience noise from the house opposite (big party). There is no parking at Nuvolet but you can park easily on the road outside.

  : For 3 bedrooms and one living room only one AC!! We all have to sleep with open doors which did not really help . No sound isolation at all , night or early morning you cant sleep ! Partying neighbors or leaving/coming noise like they were in your apartment !! Horrible

  : Very simple living here, but clean and comfortable. There are only 8 apartments which share the pool so most of the time we had it to ourselves which was a real bonus. Location was great for us, we did have a car, so it was only a short drive to center of Ciutadella and other local beaches. Even without a car 10-15mins walk to a small supermarket and shops with all the holiday paraphernalia and some bars and restaurants catering for holiday makers. There is a bus stop just a few yards away from the entrance which takes you to Ciutadella and then you can change from there to go on to other more remote beaches/Callas.The apartment was simple and basic but gave us plenty of space for a family to spread out and relax. Air-conditioning in the main room was most welcome. We had a 3 bedroom apartment for our family of 6, 2 adults and 4 children (13,12, 9,3)Within the kitchen there was a good sized fridge/freezer and enough cutlery and crockery for us. A electric two ring hob, microwave, kettle and toaster.Overall it suited us very well and we would recommend.
  : It not so much a dislike as we managed without, but it was a shame there was no oven. This limited our options for being self catered but again it worked for us as we ate out whilst out and about.Also a small welcome booklet would have been handy, just with a little bit of local knowlege and a simple map pointing you to the closest amenities to get you going and get your bearings faster. Again not a huge issue with the wonders of Google maps to help you find what you need. W

  : There was mould on the ceiling in the bathroom, the bath was covered in rust. VERY unsafe for my mother who has COPD and my 4-month old niece.

  : Very loud neighbors outside in the pool area and upstairs. You could hear everything. The apartment was clean but the towels and sheets had some yellow/orange spots.
