  : Noise, understaffed bar, sticky and dirty tables and glasses, good and variety meal but unseasoned and semi-finished.

  : The stuff were friendly (specially the guys from the bar and from the restaurant)
  : The air conditioning was not sufficient to cool the room. We complained every day, many times, and in the last day they placed a ventilator for us. As it was too hot, we had every day very bad sleep nights.

  : It has strong points such as the perfect location, close to the beach and all the entertainment, as well as the modernity of the hotel and the sympathy and welcomimg nature of the staff Put on the scale, it's not worth the investment. I won't be back
  : Truly disappointed in general The bad points are immense. Starting with the infrastructure that is definitely not prepared to receive a baby, there is no diaper room in the hotel's common areas (except on the pool) or a swimming pool for the little ones. In the pool area there are not enough seats for the number of people the hotel accommodates, and even though there is a sign that indicates that reserving seats is prohibited, the same towels remain on the sun loungers for days in a row, never having the opportunity to enjoy the pool with my. baby who naturally needs the shade of a parasol that is never available. Moving on to the all-inclusive part, I honestly would rather have paid to go out to eat every day because the food is so terrible, once again, there is no food suitable for babies, the soup was just water, and the food is all frozen products with no healthy options. The variety of food is deplorable being a tropical island it is a shame to only serve melon and watermelon for dessert, I expected a greater variety of fruits, There are always huge queues to eat and often there are no places, no matter how early and on time you go., there is no food very quickly and the employees take a long time to replace it.
