  : The room could do with more things like, shelves and hooks for storage, for a family of 4 we struggled to put things in places, maybe some cupboard space on living room etc

  : The rooms are spacious and its close to the shops
  : I work in hospitality so am an easy going person but unfortunately when I checked in, I was treated like I was being difficult. I noticed a leak from the kitchen, it had drenched the passageway so I went downstairs and politely told them. When I told her, the receptionist made me feel like I was complaining over something like a drop of water on the floor/ The receptionist didnt want to take a look herself and I was told that maintenance would come and take a look. She didnt tell me when, she didnt say anything else, sat down and looked away. I asked if it were easier for me to move rooms and she said it was impossible because they were fully booked. She made me feel like I was being a nuisance so I said no problem at all and went back to my room to wait. I waited for an hour, no one came so I went downstairs and asked and she then told me I didnt need to because the maintenance team have a key so I can leave. A little frustrated that this wasnt communicated to me earlier.. I returned late that night, to find a fully soaked towel up against the skirting, I went into the bathroom, noticed it had flooded and that there was water coming from the ceiling. It didnt seem right so I went downstairs to tell the night receptionist, who told me that the issue is much bigger than expected so I need to change rooms. The funny thing is that I had the option of two rooms despite them being fully booked. I mentioned I was surprised I had that option because I was told it was fully booked and the night receptionist said that yes, the day receptionist had told me that because they get people complaining so they cant just change rooms at the drop of a hat, alluding to the fact that I was possibly acting like a princess. If only the day receptionist had just checked herself she would have understood that I wasnt being that at all.Overall the place is fine because i was always out. Despite it being non-smoking, it smelt like cigarettes.

Disappointing

  : Quite big studio, right next to the swimming pool.
  : Not very clean, we found a cockroach in the bathroom and in the cupboard. Dirty utensils. Strange noises in the walls and it was very noisy when someone was passing next to the room.
