  : Breakfast excellent although fruit juice on offer was not the finest quality.
  : Pool area very disappointing. Disproportionately small considering the size of hotel . Needs landscaping and enlarging. Cannot accommodate all the guests particularly numerous pre-school children dive bombing. Reception could not offer any currency exchange which I found very surprising for a large hotel.

  : Save yourself nerves and dont book this hotel! First night we arrived the aircon started leaking on the floor in one of the sleeping rooms. They told us its normal in Mallorca because of humidity maybe if the aircon is from the 90 same as furniture. Super uncomfortable beds and bathrooms with broken shower heads without the pressure. After 4 days of asking for refund for the first night there they only offered us 50 voucher and dinner (we paid 250 per night and couldnt sleep there at all because of the noise). They also brought plastic mop bucket for the aircon to leak there. I dont know how this can be a 4 star hotel

  : Lovely location with pool and sea view, close to Cala Millor town but out enough to be more quiet. Perfect venue for a family stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. The buffet quality was good as well as the variety. The staff was very helpful although sometimes (eg. in the restaurant) they seemed to struggle to support all of the guests (maybe one or two additional personnel would help). Our kids enjoyed the pool, the playground as well as the beaches in the area. The evening animation was also a plus to keep the children excited and entertained. Overall a very positive experience and I can definitely recommend for families.
  : The beds were too soft and resulted being uncomfortable. The air conditioning was a bit too loud for the night and sometimes it struggled to keep the air chilled enough during the hottest hours of the day. A couple of times it stopped in the middle of the night and did not work anymore until morning.
