: The place was very cute, fresh with a beautiful pool.
: The location is a bit too remote, and there is no food service in the area or within walking distance, so expect to drive to stock up on necessities. It was a little challenging with the kids.

: Friendly staff, a lot of space on the entire property. Feels safe.
: The facilities are outdated, the whole place has an old vibe to it. We didn't get the studio we booked, rather a big apartment. At first we liked it, but then realized it's dusty, sort of damp and right below the owner's apartment. There was quite a lot of noise in the early morning and until late at night (moving chairs etc)

: A very peaceful location in the heart of Tuscan nature.
: Checkout problem. No one was there even though it was time to check out. They had my documents which they did not return to me at check-in. I waited more than 40 minutes for us to arrange things.

: Tennis courts were nice and well kept. The bathroom shower drain was clogged when we arrived and they sent someone to fix it in the next day.
: The location, as indicated on google maps, is a bit industrial and not so convenient to explore Firenze. The managers or owners live there and you can access them during business hours. You better drive slowly on the entry to unload and load your luggage or else you will hear from the family patriarc about it.
