WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport.
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
Please inform Villa Tranquility by OurMadeira in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that pool heating up to 24ºC is available upon request at an additional charge of 140 EUR per week.A supplement of 30,00€ per week applies for each additional degree up to a maximum of 26ºC.

Please note that the Hot tub with privacy screen is optional at a supplement of 100€ per week which is payable from the time the hot tub is turned on.

Please note that the Hot tub is optional and should be requested at least one week in advance. Should it be requested after arrival at the villa, the minimum charge applicable is one week.
