: The apt is perfectly located. Few minutes either to the centre or to Ifach mountain.It has a big tarrace facing a sea where you can rest, have a coffee etc. The owner is really helpful and friendly.
: Shower appliances are slightly outdated.

: We had a great stay. We stayed in the apartment also a year ago. It has a decent size. It has enormous sunny balcony with a sea view. A good and safe parking spot in the lockable underground garage. A direct access to social club for tenants with a great view to the rock, sea and town), a sizable pool and a small almost private beach. Close to the main beach and beach promenade and the port where one can buy seafood just after it has been delivered from fishing boats - just go to the fishermen cooperative in the port around 17:00, when the boats are returning.
: A kitchen is rather small and not very well equipped but it was usable. Otherwise it was super.

: On a brighter note, the terrace was spacious, offering a great view. In the mornings, the beach was peaceful and uncrowded. The apartment was within walking distance of some pleasant cafes and shops, and the location was excellent overall. Just bear in mind that the apartment is not on the first line, and there's a road separating you from the pool, which we were unable to access.
: Our experience with the apartment was a mix of satisfaction and disappointment. The photos misrepresented the location as the seafront, but there is a road and another building before the sea. The parking situation was far less convenient than indicated in the photos; our assigned spot was in a far, dark corner. Despite seeing the swimming pool from our balcony, we couldn't access it with the keys provided, although this didn't detract too much from our experience as the nearby beach was a good alternative. There were some concerns regarding the payment process, as the host suggested an arrangement that could potentially violate Booking.com's policies. So make sure you stick to booking.com all the way when booking this property. The apartment's furnishings were mostly of low-quality materials. The TV's remote control was non-functional, which was an inconvenience. The kitchen lacked basic supplies such as salt, pepper, and oil, and essentials such as soap and extra toilet paper were nowhere to be found. Having to shop for these necessities ate into our vacation time, which was disappointing. Lastly, despite the bed's high quality, the plastic lining under the sheets made for an uncomfortable, sweaty sleep experience.

: The property is in prime location with a great view to the see. The swimming pool is large and guarded by a full time lifeguard. Easy access to the underground garage with a fair size parking spot. The key collection was simple with the host.
: The bathroom and the kitchen needs some maintenance but in general everything was in working order.
