  : Good hotel in a great, old, building. Just a few minutes walk from the city centre, the citadel and the harbour with plenty of restaurants.Nice room with a view. Breakfast is very good.
  : Hotel bar closes already at 9pm. Long check in procedure compared to other hotels on Corsica.Swimming pool was closed due to maintenance on one of the afternoons (something was broken but fixed the next morning).

  : This was a great property in a great location.
  : Slyvie. She was the absolute worst hotel employee I've ever had to deal with. My wife and I explored many areas of Corsica throughout the day and stopped at several of the local markets. We came back to the hotel with fresh bread, cheese, some tomatoes, etc. Our first stop was the hotel bar for a drink. It's open until 10pm and this was right around 9pm. Slyvie was working both the front desk as well as the bar that night, and when we and a few other guests had head in to the bar she could not have been more annoyed. She was visibly irritated that we wanted to have a few drinks. Once she served them, she threw a note pad at us with completely illegible writing on it and said "sign it" and she walked away. It was our bill for the drinks. I guess we were only having one that night.We sat and enjoyed our drinks and conversation with the other guests who we had just met. On our way out we stopped at the front desk and asked if we could have a knife from the kitchen. Her response was to just blankly stare at us before asking "why?". I explained what we had brought back from the markets and that my wife and I were heading up to our room (we had a 3rd floor rooftop room with terrace overlooking the sea) to enjoy our spoiles. She instantly shot up and said absolutely not. "your room is for sleeping, not eating!" and "there is no kitchen in your room, there is no where to prepare food!"I again explained that it was simply charcrutarie items and that we had grabbed a couple plates and some napkins to use from the breakfast/bar area, and just needed a knife to cut the bread, cheese, and tomatoes. She refused.

  : not a big issue but the lobby feels like some seedy nightclub - the hotel is so lovely and old - why decorate the lobby like you are in a disco?!

  : Nice hotel, located near the beach, very stylish and clean. Staff is pleasant, nice small pool. Sadly during our week's stay we had issues with air conditioning twice and as a result the two nights were very uncomfortable. The hotel is located near a busy road so opening the window did not help at all.
