  : The food was very bad,no taste at all just cheap food. All inclusive-there is non-even water in the fridge to drink, at the swimming pool they have plastic glasses. I would never recommend this place.
  : When I got in the room first the door to the balcony was not working could not lock it ... A few days later I was locked in the bathroom, I could not open the door the handle was wobbling I knocked non-stop for around 20 min(Thankfully the cleaning lady heard me from the corridor). When I told to the receptionist they did not even apologize or anything ...

  : had to move rooms after first night as balcony door wouldnt lock and sink was leaking underneath. breakfast was carnage, like feeding time at the zoo. they also allow people to towel sun loungers and leave them all day so noone else can use them.very dated .

  : The staff were excellent in all ways , the food was of a good standard and the hotel managed the covid situation very well .
  : The only thing that disadvantaged the hotel was the size of the pool which in our opinion was a little too small

  : the room was pretty nice
  : there were RATS in the attic (above our room) walking all night long so I couldnt fall asleep until 4 am. there was no soap in the bathroom and I havent received even after askingwe were welcomed by a very unfriendly receptionist when we asked to make a complaint other receptionists took it personally and rolled their eyes with very bitter faces. the air-conditioning has a truck engine - it makes lots of noisethere is no balconyno one accompanied us to the room - we had to find it ourselvesyou couldnt take the elevator to the last floor so we has to drag the luggage up the stairs. i had other expectations from a 4* hotel and the price practiced

  : .The bed, we are a couple.The bed are 2 single bed, joint together.Can't sleep properly, the bed keep moving.
