WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 3 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People 2 years old and over stay for € 12 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please inform Casa Ortomaggiore With Pool & Sauna in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Swimming pool #1 is closed from Tue 15 Sept 2020 until Sat 15 May 2021
Please note that heating is not included and will be charged EUR 10 per day when used, from 15 October to 15 April.
Note - Damage deposit €1000 required for under 21 years old groups.
