  : The room was dirty I asked for a double bed disability accessible shower that way my service dog can be in the bathroom whileI shower that way due to disabilities if I need to get out to lay on the ground if I’m about to pass out or have a seizure and I didn’t get the double bed so had to switch rooms and then got a double bed but no accessible shower then they tried to charge us a bunch more money bc we had kids even tho it says kids stay free and so last minute I had to go find a different hotel in a different state where I don’t live since we had no where to stay for the night the room was also heavily musty I could barely breathe and then they didn’t want to refund because of non refundable even tho we physically couldn’t stand the room the pool is down even tho on website they still advertise an indoor shower pool and so we had to book a whole separate hotel with little to no notice and couldn’t enjoy our trip due to the fact we lost funds having to move hotels due to the conditions

  : Our non smoking room had a strong odor of smoke. It was an unpleasant stay and we were quite happy to leave. Staff we interacted with were very nice. It was a decent breakfast but there were no plates for serving items like waffles (only bowls) - fortunately we had some in our car which we grabbed for us and other guests. It was a convenient stop on our long trip and reasonably priced but it has the feel of an older rather run down hotel and we would probably not choose to stay here again.
