  : spacious apartment, good sheets and towels. Good location.
  : Rather a tired building. The oven didn't work. The freezer door was broken. Couldn't open most windows. Information book was inadequate and the info about wifi router and password was wrong. And it's on a noisy road.

  : It was well equipped for short stays, or for a couple who would not need to use the couch as a second bed, although I was advised by my companion that it was very comfortable. There was a washing machine, an oven and hob, a dishwasher and iron and ironing board, none of which we needed as we were only there for three nights while visiting friends. We did use the microwave and toaster, both of which functioned well.
  : There was an unexpected demand for identity verification in the shape of either scanned passport or driving licence details. This raised all sorts of anxieties over potential identity theft. There was also a demand for card details and authorisation for a £250 deposit against potential damages, on top of the rental which was already paid via Booking.com. These two requirements clouded the stay, as I was left feeling very vulnerable. I have never been asked for such before, despite wide travels over many years, using a wide variety of accommodation. The other concern was the lack of any personal engagement. We were told there was no office or face to face contact available. There was also lack of information on setting the hot water or using the oven, or the microwave power.

  : warm, bedding clean, good range of kitchen facilities.
  : first impressions from the outside and general entrance were very disappointing a real let down. No bathroom light, bath fittings, shower covered in limescale. Possibly replace kitchen frying pan!

  : The apartment is spacious.Very comfortable bed and crisp, white bed linen. Having a bathroom with a bath.Perfect location for exploring Cambridge.
  : The cooker was not working so only able to have microwavable food which is not part of our usual lifestyle. Just about adequate utensils and crockery.The apartment is clean and tidy but completely soulless.
