  : Extremely small shower. Shower vent not cleaned for years. Front steps very hazardous. Very old musty smell from cabinets protruding onto flatware. Extremely old and used dashes, pots and pans.

  : It was warm. The roof doesnt leak. Everything that was supposed to work did so. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.
  : This property is in disrepair and needs a good cleaning. When we arrived I mopped the kitchen floor, laundered the bathroom rug, and vacuumed all the rugs. There are extension cords running everywhere, even under rugs, which I removed. One even shows burnt plastic. We had the local Vacasa rep fix the kitchen sink drain which has been leaking. The photos of the yard show a BBQ and chairs, but this area is unusable due to overgrown vegetation and broken branches. A lot of deferred maintenance and deep cleaning will make this little house what it could be.The stairs are as treacherous as the description implies, I fell and struck my head on the radiator at the foot of the stairs, sustaining severe bruising and a cut.
