  : Pool and balconies were terrific.
  : Something very strange going on with staffing. The bartender asked me if rum is a kind of whiskey. Almost like it was a hospitality training school and the teachers took the day off. Very bizarre. They were pleasant though, just extremely inexperienced.

  : Its in a great location and with some 8/10 facilities, nice indoor pool , large outside pool , good food at the restaurant, good views
  : Its a real shame this establishment is being so poorly managed, the hotel is actually quite nice, the views are great and the spa pool and spa massages are an absolute treat but two things fully ruin the experience making it a place to avoidNUMBER 1 - The amount of rules.- you have to book your pool slot- you cant eat or drink in the pool- you get towels but have to go up and down floors to collect them and return it, super complicated when should be super simple - you have to book a dinner slot otherwise the restaurant wont accept you- you pretty much have to pre book every step you take which is absolutely bonkers, guests go there to enjoy and relax, you pay a hotel + access to spa facilities but then everything is a no and you have to follow rules, absolutely crazy NUMBER 2 - the untrained and unskilled food and beverage staffthe reception team is good and the kitchen team too as breakfast is good and food in the restaurant pretty great but the waiting staff. they are nice people but make zero effort for the guest so I blame it on the training and on management - bar never manned, good luck getting anything from the bar, nobody is ever there - when you eventually get someone to serve, oh dear the speed , the smile , the knowledge, the service, all just really poor- in the restaurant: slow , uninterested, unable to cater for any special requestsbig part of the hotel experience is how you feel, you go in and you like what you see but then nobody cares about you and there is not attempt to look after paying guestsi never wrote something this long but I did because I love the place and want to see it success, please stop all the silly rules and train your team to look after the people that pay good money to stay there

  : Big Impersonal run by low level junior staff with anger issues - my guess from the management problems.
