  : The personnel is very friendly and helpful all times, also the bufet type breakfast and dinner are great. Hotel is nicely located in the walking distance from both Alba and Canazei. Skibuss station is just accross the street, Ski Room nicely solved. The Restaurant/bar/lobby is very nice and free wifi works well there(do not expect the same in the rooms though). Bar Prices as expected, not high. Beds were comfortable. Free parking in front of the hotel. Looks like a perfect starting point for skiing in Ciampach/Sella. Rooms have alll needed and are not too small.
  : I guess it depends on the room you get, however there were occasional issues with heating, either not working or working very loudly(weird sounds), minor issues with bath/toilette water leakage, looks like the hotel deserves re-fit soon or at least a diligent serviceman. (but on the otherside that would mean price increase...). I Recommend to close window shutters nightly as there is too much light and noise from the street all night, this can also partially resolve heating issues. To summarize, do not expect the golden taps and gigabit wifi in each room for this price, personnel tries to mitigate issues at their best. Overall me and my family were really happy.

  : THE HOTEL AND THE STAFF ARE GREAT. IF WE CONSIDER THE PRICES OF OTHER HOTELS CLOSE TO THIS ONE, IT CANNOT BE COMPARABLE. DINNER IS GOOD AND YOU CAN SSE THE EFFORTS THEY PUT TO SATISFY YOUR REQUESTS.
  : THIS IS THE 3RD TIME WE HAVE BEEN THERE, BUT UNFORTUNATELY AT THIS TIME, WE GOT ROOM 201. WE DON'T KNOW ALL THE ROOMS, BUT FOR SURE THIS WAS THE SMALLEST IN THE HOTEL. IT WAS A SINGLE ROOM ADJUSTED FOR A DOUBLE BEDROOM WHICH RESULTED IN AN IMPRACTICABLE ROOM WITHOUT SPACE. IF THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME, I DOUBT I WOULD GO THERE AGAIN. SUGGESTION: PAY ATTENTION TO THE CUSTOMER WHO COME NOT FOR THE FIRST TIME AND TRY TO GIVE TO ALL THE PEOPLE A COMFORTABLE PLACE TO STAY.
