  : A really clean apartment, set in a lovely place with a brilliant on-site restaurant with beautiful food and views of the lake.
  : I was disappointed that the swimming pool was closed. It was 30C and we could have done with a place to relax and cool down.

  : The gite was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had great cooking equipment. The setting was lovely with the large lake, nice garden and pool
  : The gite was warm in the evening, but closing the shutters and curtains all day helped with this. I would still stay again.

  : House and commodities are old. Window shutters are not working properly. No ventilation within the house. Double bed is too small for two (a bit taller than average) persons. Shower head is not working properly. Service is ok, but nothing extra.

  : simple but clean, the location is lovely, peaceful and quiet. you have almost everything you need in the Gite. great to see the big sized mugs!
  : it was really disappointing that the pool onsite was not open or available for use as its such a bonus when staying here especially as we cannot swim in the lake.

  : We arrived on 11th September to discover that the photos on the listing were somewhat out of date. The pool is derelict, about a foot of dirty green water covered in dirty broken polystyrene, it is a danger to animals and children as it is not secure and it attracts mosquitoes. Apparently hidden in the small print it says the pool is seasonal, but I suspect the pool hasn't been used for years and is 'out of season' whenever you visit. I was told to use the public pool 10 minutes drive away. The accommodation and surroundings are tired and run down. We got no help from booking . Con. In fact when I escalated my complaint a very rude person called Kseniya, put the phone down on me. It completely ruined our holiday we ended up paying for this, we eventually got less than 50% of the booking fee back, and alternative accommodation nearby. This is despite Booking . Con accepting that the photos on their site were not a fair representation of the property as it now is. All round an eye opener as I had thought we would receive better support from booking . Con.
