  : I liked the swimming pool on site and that you can walk down the hill to the beach in 10 minutes. Also I liked the location of the room we had this time.
  : We checked in on Sunday and the room wasn't prepared at all. It wasn't cleaned and we had to clean it ourselves to be able to start our holiday. They didn't even leave any sheets and towels to us so we had to sleep the first night without sheets which wasn't a nice start for our holiday. Ofcourse no one responded to millions of my phone calls and messages either. Dirty sheets were on the floor from previous tenants. Next day we were provided with everything we needed but no sorry from the staff and it felt like they did a favour to us. When my son wanted to play football on their pitch on site balls are not available at all so why do they have such nice sport facilities and no way to use it? They shut a restaurant and the shop on site and I think they should at least leave a grocery store for so many people be able to buy necessary items and food .Looks like nobody cares about it just money collection and that's all. Check in and check out times are ridiculous providing they don't clean the room anyway. You have to leave early at 10AM with most of the flights in the evening making it a bit difficult and you can only check in at 5pm making you have to wait long time. We came to this place a few times and we will come back again due to the location and the prices but hope that Management will sort out those issues next season.
