: The location is great, very center position close to the beach, stores and restaurants. Kitchen well equiped with coffee machine and some other utensils. Parking lot is not included in the price, however there is a convenient parking lot very close the apartment.
: The bathroom is very old, urgently needs to be renovated. The pipes and water heater were visible in the bathroom so it gives a very ugly aspect, besides not being very clean. The shower had a water leak, so it makes a annoying noise. Also needs to be renovated.

: The place is in the city centre, close to everything. Spacious.
: There was no parking space, but we found some on the street.The instructions on a paper should be clearer or there should be clearer sign of which apartment is the right one.Opening of the front door was very hard, we needed a very long time to open it because the lock is very old and rusty and you have to get a grip on how to open; after some practice we managed to learn how to deal with it. Asked about the reception about it but they said they dont know how it looks like . Bathroom door doesnt always close and keeps opening, also would need to be changed. I didnt mind, but my co-travelers were disturbed by very loud sounds of wooden floor when you walk in the apartment.
