  : Good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, clean (aside from odor)

  : conveniently located to everything you need or want. I was placed on the first floor and not having to take stairs for anything.
  : The A/C unit had mildew in it blowing out when running... in wall units are not cleaned & serviced routinely like they should. Some people like me are sensitive to smells and it was obvious as soon as you walk into the room. I know this having worked in the heat & air industry. Changing rooms would not have helped because all the rooms had the same A/C units.

  : Staff. Booking. Waited over an hour because they gave our room away without telling us. Had to sit in lobby late at night with exhausted little kids after driving. Beds not very comfortable. Loud. Parties. Wreaked of pot.

  : Came in for a baseball tournament and checked in a little short of 30 minutes early (probably was about 2:34) and doors are wide open due to “the cleaning crew allowing the rooms to air out” and I’m not a fan of my room possibly being compromised. My family and I take showers and find a long hair in our towels….we all have low cuts so where did this hair come from?!?!?! Go make a complaint and they gave new towels only for me to come back and there’s a dead bug under the cups!!!!! I take it in a napkin to front desk and showed them only for the guy to ask me if I’m sure cause they’ve never had complaints before???? Did a more thorough look around the bathroom and there was hair in the sink, in the cups, and on the coffee maker (glad we don’t drink coffee and have our own cups) and blood stains on the counter to include under the cup holder tray. Nope never again.
