  : Location. Housekeeping staff were really nice. Comfortable bed. Free breakfast. Indoor pool and hot tub.
  : There was hair in the bathtub drain when I checked in. The tub and sink were also clogged. The toilet seat didn't feel securely attached. Not a bad hotel overall but probably wouldn't stay there again. Definitely needs some repairs/updates. P

  : This was not a planned stay but this hotel was good for getting off the highway and getting back on. We were greeted by a great receptionist. Any staff we encountered was also very friendly. the list of eateries given to us was appreciated.
  : The shaky and loose toilet seat was not pleasant.

  : The staff was very nice and as helpful as they could be given the circumstances.
  : 1. I booked with this hotel because they offered an indoor hot tub and pool. The jets in the hot tub were not working. I brought this to managements attention and she said that “they had just been fixed last week”.2. On day number two of my stay, they were out of ALL juice for breakfast. The sign simply said that ice water was the only alternative. Talked to the breakfast attendant and he said that they wouldn’t be getting any deliveries for another THREE days.3. On day number three of my stay, they were out of both milk and cereal. At this point they were out of all but one type of muffin. Again, the breakfast attendant stated that they would not be getting any deliveries until Wednesday. This was on Monday.4. Housekeeping never once knocked on our door to see if we needed anything. We had to chase them down for towels and had to go to the front desk for toilet paper.5. There were ants in the room, coming from a bad seal on the windows.6. When I spoke to management about these issues, I was told that because I had booked through a third party site there was nothing they could do about a partial refund.I booked this room for my granddaughter’s high school graduation/birthday present. We were attending a concert in the area. This facility was more expensive than other facilities in the area but I wanted to make the stay memorable and fun. It DEFINITELY did not live up to my expectations and was NOT worth the extra cost!

  : I took the kids for the pool and they enjoyed that.
  : Everything is very small and crowded. There are at least sixty rooms and there is no way that pool is large enough to even accommodate 12 people comfortably.
