  : Awesome acommodation - very clean, modern, new, superb equipped kitchen also for advanced cooking, big multiple bathrooms, nice terrace, swimming pool.Since there was a promo price, good price/value ratio.Excellent restaurant U Tragulinu - for meat and sea food meals. Unfortunately open only for lunch, closed in the evening (mid-September)
  : The location - beach of Ciprian is c. 15 min walk and has a lot of boats in the bay - nothing really special for swimming. Also there is only one groccery store with limited supply and in the evening only one open restaurant (mid September) for dinner which was fully booked and we had to drive to Porto.

  : The apartment, the amenities, the pool, the cleanliness, the location. All these were superb.
  : I did not like the way we were greeted for check-out. We did not know how a "Residence" worked, and nobody explained to us how the check-out was processed in "Residences", when we were welcomed upon arrival. We left the room perfectly cleaned, key inside, and were greeted by the owner who seemed to be upset. We really didn't like the way she spoke to us, feeling like we left thieves trying to steal something. She "reminded us that it was not a hotel but a residence". Great, but next time take the time to explain the difference between the two to your guests upon check-ins, as we are not supposed to be aware of your check-out process.

  : This property is solidly new, comfortable, and has many house appliances inside.
  : * The property totally disables light on parking after midnight. So if your ferry or airplane is moved to depart earlier due to bad weather, this is quite bad and caused us significant economic damage as we had one of the bags stuck on the car as we didn't see it at 4 in the morning/night as the lights didn't work. * The property was totally uncooperative to help after they found CCTV footage to show that the bag left on the car. ** No offer to do local search themselves at least in vicinity of the property ** No offer to contact local authorities ** Not even a "we are sorry about whole situation". ** No proactivity, to improve the lightning (e.g. they can use movement activates ones, which will probably cost less overall). Situation that someone has to leave at middle of the night because of change of travel plans is very realistic. * WiFi didn't work on 2 occasions (we reported it). * Safety deposit box is small and can't fit tablets and laptop is totally out of scope. * Some of items inside the house/villa were bad (we reported but said not urgent), but they were not broken, but needed someone to re-install them.
