  : The location was great and the room was very spacious
  : The gardens were not well kept, the pictures seemed better than the rooms. But more importantly the staff at the reception was not very nice, seemed like they were always in a bad mood and were not helpful in checking in, helping with bags or being accommodating. Pictures look nicer of the breakfast area as well.

  : This hotel is very well located and the view was stunning. Breakfast was delicious. Lady who greeted us when we arrived for check-in was very nice. The room was clean.
  : The man at the front-desk was not very nice with us. We asked if he could get us porters to bring our bags to the ferry and he said it was too late and he doesn't do that. We asked if he could call us a cab and he was condescending; true, cabs don't go in that area but no need to be condescending with us. My friend asked cisors to remove a tag from her luggage and he simply said no, without explanation. The room was very small and there was an old fan in addition to the AC. I didn't sleep because of the noise of the fan.

  : Location was good and close to the central square. The staff helped us to arrange a boat rental.
  : The breakfast was not good enough, and with a few options (we filled a form the night before, probably because of COVID) and because it was outside we had to deal with wasps all the time.
