  : Could do with instructions in the apartment for electrical goods, places to eat, see. We managed but these are quite easy fixes

  : Location excellent for access to old town. Also had lots of restaurants/ bistros very nearby
  : Despite receiving lots of information before our arrival saying they could organise anything for us including taxis when we contacted them to try to arrange a taxi to the airport we were ignored despite emailing twice. We did however receive a very long bossy email detailing what we must do before we left which more or less said we had to clean the apartment and take our rubbish out to a street nearby. The breakdown of the price charged included 40 for cleaning!!!

  : Clean, great location - walking distance to castle. Comfortable beds. Good kitchen but a bit sparse on soap.
  : Communication with hosts was difficult. Only over whatsapp did I get a moderate response. Tried to call but didn't speak English at all so they directed me to whatsapp but didn't respond there well either. In case it matters, the wifi was really weak. Would get in 2 mins of a call and it would drop. We did like the place but these 2 things made it more challenging.

  : Great location, nicely furnished.
  : It was a bit difficult to find and get into because its on a street thats pedestrians only from 11 am to midnight; so quite a schlep to get there, a code to get in the front door, a flight up a winding staircase, and another code to open the very resistant key box for the apartment door. It would be small for two people for more than a couple nights. And the coffee maker was useless.

  : You don't get what you see in the pictures!!!They decide which Apartament you get. We booked the apartment for the view. Was no view. The balcony was in a bed condicion between some buildings and has no view. We booked for 2 adult and 2 kids and what we understood from the pictures ist that the Apartament has 2 bedrooms. Guess what?! Surprise! The apartment had only one bedroom. The face towels in the bathroom were dirty.The fridge was not properly clean.

  : Very close location to walled city. Adequate space, nice bathroom with good water pressure, washer, dishwasher. Small outdoor patio. Clean and good quality towels.
  : Unloading luggage very inconvenient from free parking lot suggested. It would have been a long haul with luggage down busy pedestrian street to reach apartment. When we asked we were given a street behind building to access for unloading baggage. The patio had no view, which we were expecting based on the photo library. The entryway to building looked like a set from Little Shop of Horrors with a lot of overpainting and not really really any updating. Only 3 bed pillows provided for 4 guests, and when agent was informed, they insisted there were 4 and that she had brought them over herself. There was only 1 bedroom, and I slept on sofa pillows without linens on sofa bed. Not the standard for over $200 stay.

  : The location of the apartment is good, close to supermarket and restaurants.
  : The apartment we were given was not the type of room as showed in our order. The views were completely different. But we paid more and there was no improvement after we raised the issues. Also, Wi-Fi was not available.

  : Dirty towels on the washroom when we arrived and not enough bedding for a family of 4.
