  : The location is excellent for the train station, town and Bay and the apartment was clean and generally comfortable. And when we did have an issue it was easy to speak to someone and they were friendly and helpful.
  : It was unfortunate that we had issues with the bathroom plumbing. And there could be better quality storage in the bedroom.

  : The property was the perfect location! 5 minute walk to city centre. Everything was clean, easy check in, felt like a home from home.
  : The one thing I would have to mention is that the apartment gets very hot we had to have the doors open a lot of the time. I think this may be due to a ventilation system used in the apartments.

  : It’s clean and modern, all the necessary equipment is there
  : The mattress was very low quality and supported nothing. One night on it and everything hurt. The couch was hard and simultaneously supported nothing as well. 2 nights on the couch and I was sleeping on the floor because every fiber in my body hurt from the bed and the couch. There was also only 8-10 minutes of hot water in the shower at a time. I left early and sought accommodation elsewhere.

  : We stayed in an apartment in this block with our 2 teenagers. When we arrived, the apartment smelled very strongly of the previous occupant's cooking. It was tidy but not clean with dust and smears on the surfaces, cracked crockery and a very obvious stain on a cushion. There was also a light in the bedroom which was not working. We reported these issues and a cleaner was sent round - the cushion and mug were removed but the bulb was not replaced. As well as these problems there was also an unacceptable amount of black and orange mould in the otherwise stylish bathroom. The cutlery felt greasy and the dishwasher was in need of a clean. We had been reassured that the parking beneath the apartment was secured by an electronic gate and so locked our bicycles in the racks provided. The gate however was not in working order and my bike was stolen. Additionally the smell of marijuana coming from other apartments did not make this suitable for families. When we returned I wrote to the company detailing my issues but it is now one month since our stay and we have had no response. I am incredibly disappointed as I would have thought that given the current plight of the holiday industry, they could do with all the positive reviews they could get.Good points - the location was close to the centre and within walking distance of the bay.Date of stay: August 2021

  : Quite noisy building works outside from 8am everyday. Not so great if you wanted to sleep a little longer.

  : The decoration and modern furnishings
  : The apartment was dirty and the cooker was filthy upon arrival. The third guest had no towels for 48 hours. Extremely dusty and no air filters. There was a Smart TV but no main tv channels like BBC available. I stayed for 18 days and had to exchange over 30 messages with the administration because of all the problems. I ended up cleaning inside the kitchen cupboards myself and washing the crockery before use!!!
