: Comfortable beds, free parking, pet friendly, two full bathrooms, tons of space, full kitchen, great location near restaurants etc.
: Check-in was impersonal, Wifi didnt work well, we had to buy our own toilet paper as they were nearly out with no extra when we arrived, not enough towels (2) for our family (7) and no remedy for these issues when requested. Also beware of parking; our rear wiper was ripped off and needs to be fixed, not just replaced. I do suspect these issues will be remedied for future guests. It was an amenity issue, not an apartment issue.

: Location was nice, close to restaurants in Carentan. Rooms were clean.
: In the upstairs shower the only option for temperature was very hot or burn-your-skin-off hot. Only the downstairs shower was normal. The bedroom upstairs was covered in mosquitoes, they seemed to be hiding in the wooden beam on ceiling. My son woke up with 30-35 mosquito bites on him after 1 night. All the stairs in the apartment made it not very young kid friendly or elderly friendly.

: Check on was only electronically. I reg
: Check in was only electronically, I booked 2 rooms, when I registered I only received one room number and one PIN code. When I tried to register for the second room, I was told Im already registered. This happened three times , I also called for help but only received a new. Registration form, each time I renewed the registration the same thing happened, we already registered, but we never received a second room number and PIN code.We tried for 4 hours to no avail, very frustrating.Finally checked into a private hotel. All my years with Booking.com never had any problems. This system has to be corrected.We feel we deserve a refund, since we were not to able to check into 2 rooms.
