  : Great location. You can walk to the beach close to food and other places. Dog friendly hotel rooms have allot of space and a full fridge
  : The carpets are so smelly and dirty. The rooms smell and the stairwell’s smell. Strong odor of animal pee None of the posted amenities are available No breakfast No laundryNo gymNo pool They only clean on Tuesday and thirty request. So if you arrive Wednesday and leave Tuesday you have a six day stay with no cleaning no new towels nothing. The towels are so small and so thin. No fan in bathrooms so towels stay muggy Very disappointed that the studio six website shows a pool yet it’s been closed for months. Booking has so many listed amenities that are not available. You assume you are paying for use of these amenities but then you get here and there are absolutely none. Pretty dishonest Trash is all over the parking lot. The door keys do not work on any exterior entrance. It seems like the owners are not interested in having a clean reputable hotel. They are letting it turn into a slum.

  : The air conditioner was emitting black specks. The pool and jacuzzi were broken. The pool water was sitting stagnant and green. We were given a refund without quibble which is why hotel was given a 4.

  : The facility was dirty and needed several repairs. The room had two small bars of soap, but no shampoo, conditioner, lotion or tissues, things that are standard in any motel, even economy motels such as this one.

  : The location is excellent, as it is close to Legoland and many other attractions, as well as Oceanside Harbor and Downtown.
  : The entire facility is filthy, with direct floor aoots, stains, drink spills, and the stench of dirt emanating from the elevator and hallway walkways.The room was spacious but not clean; the sofa bed was stained, the bed was uncomfortable, and we discovered some dirty items.I checked in late at night with my family, and the room was the last one available, with no other options in the area, so we just slept and checked out in the morning!If the hotel's management prioritized cleanliness, it could have provided an excellent experience. I hope that the management resolves these issues!

  : Everything else. This hotel is rundown and it shows. For the price you pay it’s not worth it. Our room was hot when entering. The window was wide open. It smelled. Turned on the A/C unit and there was no knob for the temperature to cool it down more. The shower was somewhat clean. There was hair in the shower prior to us using it (either facial or pubic). The toilet seat was broken. The sink in the bathroom was not draining properly so when we brushed our teeth it lingered in the sink bowl. The fridge was cleaned by the same towel they cleaned with other areas because there was hair in it. The couch was dirty and torn. I’ve stayed at many many hotels and this was the worse one!!! The hallways smell as well. Just over all gross.
