  : The location was very good. Right on the beach but there was a public access that ran down next to the unit. It had a nice high wall but you could hear conversations easily. The off street parking was good and if it had been high season a necessity. There was a nice introduction to the unit. The property management reviewed how to use the tv, locks and how to find the laundry room and beach chairs. Prior to arrival the management was great about notifying me on how to access the unit. The unit was spacious.
  : This was a disappointment. The photos although they represented the furniture must have been taken years ago as the place was showing a lot of wear; the couch was soiled and the rattan chair cushions smelled. The paint around the windows were peeling and the curtains were also soiled. The patio furniture was rusted and the pads were extremely worn. We couldn’t use them. There was better outside furniture closer to the beach. A huge drawback was that there was the unit above this unit. The insulation was nonexistent so we heard every footfall, movement of chair and shutting of doors. Perhaps carpet would help but it sounded like a rugby team was practicing. We could also hear their voices. The master bedroom did not have a window. The photo online is actually a mural. That was disappointing! The outside of the building needs to be repaired; the paint is peeling and there appeared to be roof damage. The outside lights on the beach side stayed on all night. All in all the place needs more than a cleaning.
