  : Breakfast not possible as I had to leave for work before breakfast started. Room ground floor so did not feel safe to open window. Was not made to feel welcome.

  : Found the stairs to the room (on top floor) very difficult. Not suitable for seniors especially where no hand rail on corner.

  : All good was inedible... had a 30 min wait for breakfast which when it arrived was cold. We had to ask for coffee to be made...took 10 mins had to then ask for milk...again a wait. Had a meal in for lunch that was also very poor.

  : Stayed here with my wife prior to a medical licensing exam. At 9pm the music started blasting through the floor. I went down to find that the speaker in the bar was attached to the ceiling directly below our room. I explained to the bar staff that the music was unbearably loud in the room. She told me that there was nothing she could to about it other than turn the music down a tiny bit. She told us they have this information on booking.com that theyre a pub (they dont). She then told us in the same breath that if we left we wouldnt be getting out money back (before wed even asked). We asked her what time the music would stop and she replied when people decide to leave. She told us it she could get the manager if we wanted but he was going to say exactly the same thingshe was right. Extremely rude and unreasonable staff. Whole place smelled and the carpets were filthy. We packed our stuff up and left the same night. Traveloge was much better. My wife and I have travelled across central and South America staying in budget hostels .but this place took the biscuit.
