  : Reasonably clean on arrival apart from the kitchen. Good location in Ferragudo.
  : Video doorbell being used that wasn't included in the listing as they are obliged to declare under booking rules. Very sneaky as it was obviously in use recording us. We could see it come on. Hosts Carvoeiro Villas were very dismissive and unhelpful. So not suitable for those of us who expect privacy on holidays. Towels and linen were very stained. Pool area is tiny and claustrophobic.

  : Location close to the beach with a nice view
  : Camera on the doorbell which should be declared, so that is illegal. told us to outright get out when asked about an extra visitor. then demanded cash to an extortionate amount for that guest, or threatened to kick us off. We had no choice but to pay up. Until then, not even 1 visitor allowed for lunch, which of course, they tracked with cameras. Then they gave the extra bed 3 nights after within our 6 nights stay. So it was always about the money. Extremely rude, sneaky and restrictive host. Also demanded cash on arrival when card-deposit is mentioned. Cannot recommend, unless you like being watched every step 24 x 7 with god knows how many hidden cameras inside.
