  : Open food left in cabinets, dishes not clean. top of fridge and hood vent dirty.

  : Cleanliness. Shower curtain and liner dirty. Shower walls dirty. Door jambs dirty. Comforter on bed worn, no mattress pad, extra pillows in closet the cases were unwashed.

Disappointing

  : Location of property was convenient with a grocery store nearby and easy access to main streets. Kitchen and bathroom newly remodeled but not main room. Appliances were new and worked well. It was nice to have the washer and dryer.
  : The main room, living area/bedroom, was very dark and we asked for better lighting but maintenance personnel never showed to fix broken bulbs in ceiling fan, We had no thermostat to control heat, make-shift closet was inadequate, table in kitchen was way too small for playing games, e.g. cards, puzzles, dominoes, etc. Price was way too high for the property.
