  : The scenery was nice
  : We walked into our room and found dirty silverware and plates in the sink, coffee still on the coffee maker, food split on the floor, hair in the bathroom drain, no trash bags, dirty sheets, cold no thermostat. Told staff changed us to a different room and they had to re clean that room as well while we were moving our stuff. Still had pubic hair on the spa tub. ALSO DON'T GO HERE IF YOU WANT A HOT TUB OR POOL, THEY DON'T HAVE EITHER. When we confronted staff about this and it playing a part in why we booked there, staff told us at 8pm if we're dissatisfied after having to prove to him that indeed they do advertise both of these for there location on booking.com, he told us we could pack our bags and go somewhere else if we didn't like it. His daughter finally had to get involved and explain that's not how business is done and said they would refund our stay to try to make it better. ALSO NOT KID FRIENDLY AS THEY ARE DOING CONSTRUCTION AND LEAVE WOOD AND TRASH EVERYWHERE FOR KIDS TO FALL ON. THE POOL IS ACROSS STREET AND COMMUNITY POOL BUT NOT OPEN EVER. THIS WAS THE WORST STAY AT ANY LOCATION MY HUSBAND AND I HAD IN OUR LIVES!!! MAYBE IF HEAD STAFF GUY WASN'T SO RUDE AND OFFERED TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT FOR FALSE ADVERTISEMENT WITH HOT TUB AND POOL IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER AND HOW DO YOU BOOK A DIRTY ROOM TO SOMEONE WHEN WE WERE THE ONLY GUESTS STAYING THERE?

  : No staff, no hot tub, dirty washcloths, the room was about the size of the bed. The bed was hard and the pillows were too. The advertisement said hot tub. The "guest" in the main lodge said the hot tub was broken since last year. Guess you get what you pay for.

  : The lodge was ran down, there was no staff, the hot tub was not working, the walls were thin and it was very expensive for what it was. Also there were stains on the floor and pillows. Do not stay here

  : Have always liked the location and the quiet and stress free atmosphere that this place provides
  : The room could have been better cleaned and the sheets and bed were not the cleanest.. we've never had any issues before which is why it shocked us so much but still overall good stay
