: Beautiful view from the room and BA. We had complimentary access to the terrace and sitting area. We were offered the dinner and it was great choice to accept it since it was excellent 3-course home-made menu, including drinks (great value/money). The host was really warm and friendly.

: Really cozy little bnb/albergo in a very secluded area. It features several outdoor seating areas with great views of the Apuane Alps - Stunning! Dinner was served every night for just 15 euro per person (including water and house wine). The property has a small pool which was nice on the hottest day we were there. Bathroom was spacious and featured a nice bathtub.
: There's nothing to do around the hotel as it's very isolated. There are no towns or even a supermarket nearby. We had brought our own food for lunch but had no place to store the leftovers as there was no fridge in the room. Many of the electronic outlets in the room doesn't really fit with normal chargers.

: 1. Friendly owners;2. Very beautiful location with superb views - note that the location is somewhat distanced from other villages/cities. If you are looking for a nice and quiet place this is the place to be. Hiking area is c. 40 minutes by car, which we found to be reasonable. 3. The (optional) dinner prepared by the owners is very much recommended.4. Swimming pool and other facilities are excellent.
: 1. The distance to other towns can also be considered a downside. Depends on what you are looking for.
