: Andreia, the property manager, was really considerate. She messaged us everyday, to make sure we didn't need any thing. The place and everything in it are new and quality. It's almost in the center of city and convenient to grocery store, gas station cafe and a couple of restaurants. There is a local marketplace just 10 minute walk away. The Espelho d gua is steps away. The mountain view in the morning is splendid.

: This accommodation is brand new - only 1 month old. Went to Artvilla with my wife from Feb. 22th to 24th, 2020. It's location in Castanheira is very good. Just a 5 minute walk to "Praia das Rocas" beach resort, city centre, pharmacy, 2 supermarkets. There is always parking outside. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. The areas are cozy and functional. Portuguese made appliances and other small details such as dishwasher tablets, fire blankets and fire extinguisher make it well thought. The are common areas such as swimming pool and an indoor double barbecue. The cleanliness and tidyness were there. The hosts were very nice and available. If you want to visit this area, this area, do consider this property. It's worth it.
: I beleive there is nothing to be said here. Not that we needed or asked, there wasn't an iron nor an ironing board, but I'm prety sure if we asked for one at reception they would have.
