: The location was great, close to many places to visit.The children loved the two swimming pools and diving board.Appartement was big enough for a family of 4, we had a ventilator and there was enough privacy.Most amazing view!
: The appartement was a little bit dusty.The terrace was too hot to sit on as the umbrella couldnt be tilted so never had any shade.

: Great villa in the heart of Tuscany. Santa Cristina is really a good place to stay if you want to explore Tuscany, literally everything is within an hour's drive maximum. The villa was very well equipped, comfortable and nice. The house was well equipped, we only missed a toaster and hair dryer, othervise we did not miss anything. The pool was great, clean and good size, good depth as well for kids and adults, alike. The villa was really good size for a family of 4. There are good shopping opportunities and really nice restaurants within 10 min drive, or even walking distance.
: The villa was a bit run down, especially the bathroom. It could really use a fit out, the faucet was barely running, the shower was rusty and generally it was old and used. There was a farm nearby, somewhere where there were lots of dogs barking and whining all night, it was a bit annoying and difficult to sleep sometime.

: The owners were particularly helpful. We asked to move apartment to one with a better view and they did all they could to make that happen. (About three nights in). The property itself is really quiet and has been tastefully/cleverly split into twelve apartments. The pool is really quite big and is new this season (2022). It is 2m deep in the deep end. The childrens pool next to it is 60cm deep throughout. There are a lot of loungers but most people were out visiting the area for most of the day. An easy drive (20mins) to San Gimignano, Volterra is a bit further. Nice little Carrefour Express in Gambassi Terme, otherwise go to the Coop in SanG or the Lidl in Poggibonsi if wanting a drive! Olive oil and wine available to buy in the office btw.
: Our first apartment also didnt have the terracotta ceilings that say Tuscany to us. The owners have just taken over this Agriturismo this year - the gardens have taken a bit of a back seat so far. The hedges need work as do some of the paths - which are uneven in places. Not big problems as you can tell!
