: The room was beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. The room balcony had fantastic views. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony taking in the view. The hotel and pool have the most beautiful view of the mountain as well. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. Some of the best food we had in Italy. The staff is so welcoming and kind. Matthias was an excellent host- he remembers all his guests and their preferences
: We were there in the summer and there was no AC so it was a little warmer at night than I prefer, but it is possible to open windows to help cool down the room

: Cozy rooms with beautiful views (not mine which faced a field), clean, sleek decoration. Very kind staff. Very beautiful open air spaces/pool, all with beautiful views over the Schlern mountain.
: Honestly the prices at 250/room mid January are a bit too hight for what is offered. The saunas are very small, including the annexed quiet rooms. I have the impression that the photos with the pretty girl on booking convey a slightly different idea of the actual size of the spa area. Every time I tried they were all full (I think they have a relaxed capacity of 4, anywhere above that it is crammed) so I gave up. The outdoor pool was quite cold for my taste on a freezing winter night (but I understand, at times of high energy prices its sensible to save). So I gave up using the outdoor pool too. The outdoor jacuzzi was a bit warmer but it is quite small and it was always full when I tried. The opening times of spa area are also quite limiting, from 15:30 to 19:30. What if I wanted to swim in the morning on a snowy day? So basically at 250 a night I went to a wellness hotel but didnt do any wellness. Ah I was woken up at 8:30 by heavy vacuum cleaning in the room next door, and on the following day by the cleaning lady who entered my room when I was asleep. Honestly, for similar prices or only slightly higher, you find something better in the near vicinity
