Locanda Del Feudo is set within the ancient walls of Castelvetro 20 km south of Modena. It offers charming suites and a restaurant with a wide selection of vintage wines. Suites at Del Feudo come with free Wi-Fi access and satellite TV. Each suite has a spacious lounge with a CD/DVD player.

Breakfast is available buffet style and features fresh seasonal fruit and homemade cakes and jams. You can take cookery classes and book gastronomic tours in the area. With only 6 suites in total Del Feudo Locanda retains an intimate atmosphere. Bikes are available to rent at the Locanda and maps of local cycle paths are provided.

: The staff was exceedingly kind and accommodating, we also greatly enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant below and loved the location in the little town.
: Although a July trip in Italy is expected to be hot, and we were unlucky to be in the middle of a heatwave, the room could still have been much better prepared for the heat. There is an A/C, but it's located at the worst spot of the room and shut off automatically every second minute. It was too hot to sleep, making us realize we would've preferred a smaller but more comfortable room over a suite-setup where we couldn't sleep. The mosquitoes didn't help.

: Service and courtesy of the staff was excellent. Food is creative and full of what you might expect from a top Italian restaurant. Room was spacious and comfortable without being uselessly exotic!
: Not a lot! If this is your expectation of staying in a small but beautiful Italian town/village In sn unspoilt and genuine establishment, this fits the bill.

: We booked our room for our wedding night. Of course we had written the reason of our stay. When we arrived in our room there was no decoration (though we showed up late). The guy at the reception didnt even congratulate us at our arrival. The rooms arent sound-proof, because the building is ancient. The bed was not comfortable.
